We are looking for an energetic, organised and collaborative Marketing Manager to join our team for a 12‑month maternity cover. A significant focus of this role will be driving the success of 110+ global events each year. You will be the engine behind multi‑channel campaigns that boost event registrations, engagement, and overall brand impact. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative approach to help deliver strategic marketing initiatives across Citywire’s diverse portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategically develop and execute marketing campaigns for our global events to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation in line with Citywire’s objectives.
- Use HubSpot to implement dynamic, targeted email campaigns by building responsive templates, segmenting audiences, and crafting engaging, high‑quality copy.
- Monitor email engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimise open rates, click‑through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Events team to create campaigns that boost registrations and foster engagement, whilst coordinating with the wider Citywire team to ensure consistent and relevant messaging across all touchpoints for virtual events.
- Monitor and analyse campaign data to track performance, identify areas for improvement and measure ROI, while reporting insights to our Head of Digital Marketing to ensure continuous improvement of our marketing strategies.
