Events Delegate Liaison Executive (1 Year FTC – Maternity Cover)
Citywire is seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to join our Delegate Liaison team on a fixed-term basis. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in the seamless execution of our world-class events, both in the UK and internationally. Citywire is renowned for hosting events that connect professionals with the latest insights and opportunities. Our events span multiple continents, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences for our delegates. What you’ll be doing:
-Managing all aspects of event planning, including attendee communications, hotel arrangements, and agenda creation.
-Travelling to events in the UK and internationally to support logistics and engage with delegates.
–Engaging with people from various nationalities and backgrounds to ensure a welcoming experience for all attendees.
-Maintaining our Delegate Liaison events databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
-Partnering with the IT department to optimise data flow between Citywire’s events app and databases.
-Listening to delegate needs and feedback, sharing insights internally to enhance future events.
-Contributing to developing new and exciting event formats that captivate our audiences.
