Join Citywire’s Events team as a Client Liaison Executive, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing client interactions and ensuring the success of our global events. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working within events. You’ll be travelling internationally, working closely with clients and internal teams to provide seamless event experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and enhancing the overall client experience at Citywire events, both in the office and onsite at global events.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Representing Citywire at events worldwide, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.
- Handling key administrative tasks, such as managing client contracts, updating spreadsheets, and preparing client briefing documents.
- Working with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of onboarded client engagement and event logistics.
- Maintaining and updating event websites using Hubspot to keep clients informed and engaged.
