Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Product Executive to join our Citywire team.

Reporting to our Commercial Product Manager, this role sits at the heart of our commercial product offering, supporting products including Ratings, Data, Awards and Subscriptions.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with clients, data and internal stakeholders.

You’ll help ensure our products run smoothly day to day, support client relationships, and contribute ideas that help improve and evolve our commercial offering in a competitive market.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Respond to and resolve client queries, ensuring they are fully utilising our products and services.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, setting them up for success from day one.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports, charts, and insights to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Ensure clients are maximising the potential of our commercial products by staying in regular communication and offering ongoing support.
  • Conduct thorough product and market research to help identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Manage timelines and processes efficiently, ensuring smooth operations across various product lines.
  • Keep records and spreadsheets updated to ensure accuracy and clarity in all reporting and tracking.
  • Provide additional assistance to sales, marketing, and operations teams as needed.
