We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our commercial team, Goldmine. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising email marketing campaigns that deliver real value for our clients and revenue for Citywire.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of clients, driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Goldmine campaigns, from client brief and audience targeting to reporting and review.
- Lead campaign kick-offs, onboarding, and quarterly reviews, demonstrating ROI and securing ongoing investment.
- Advise clients strategically on audience engagement and campaign optimisation, acting as a trusted consultant.
- Collaborate with Sales, Digital Production, and Audience Development teams to ensure smooth, high-quality campaign execution.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and marketing innovations to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Commercial Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Experienced in managing revenue-generating client relationships, leading commercial discussions, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Skilled at building strong, long-term partnerships and acting as a strategic advisor to senior marketing stakeholders.
- Campaign & Project Management: Highly organised with a proven ability to run multiple concurrent email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- CRM Tools: Comfortable using campaign management platforms.
- Communication & Presentation: Confident presenting strategies, results, and insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Industry Awareness: Knowledge of asset management, wealth management, or financial marketing is advantageous.
