We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Goldmine commercial team. You’ll play a key role in supporting and growing Citywire’s client relationships through high-quality, data-driven email marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on commercial experience within a fast and collaborative environment, while learning how marketing drives results for top asset managers and financial institutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the delivery of Goldmine campaigns, from client briefing and list building to review and reporting.
- Help manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and successful campaign outcomes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Digital Production, and Audience Development teams to deliver campaigns smoothly.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute insights that demonstrate impact.
- Participate in client calls and internal meetings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Keep up to date with client activity, competitor trends, and marketing best practices.
