About the Role
The Governors of St Boniface Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Welfare Assistant to join our team as soon as possible to provide 1‑1 support for a pupil with SEND and an EHCP at lunchtime.
About you
- Communicates well with both pupils and staff
- Committed to the welfare, health and safety of pupils
- Committed to continuous school improvement and high standards in school
- Has the ability to be flexible
- Has a good understanding of pupils with SEND
You must have a caring, positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team, able to use your own initiative and to work without supervision. A First Aid qualification is preferred, but not essential as training will be given.
