Citywide Financial Partners is growing — and we’re looking for an exceptional and experienced Client Services Executive (CSE) to join our high‑performing wealth management team. If you’re proactive, detail‑driven and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior support role.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional journey
  • Support Financial Planners with client analysis, research, and preparation and writing of reports
  • Lead client onboarding and manage complex account administration
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
  • Oversee documentation, annual tax allowance planning, and cashflow forecasting

What You Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in wealth management
  • Strong knowledge of Intelliflo (IO); Voyant desirable
  • RO1 – RO3 minimum and the desire to progress towards further CII/CISI qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Confident with numbers and creating accurate documentation
  • Right to work in the UK
