As a Strategic Project Delivery Lead, you will make a powerful contribution to people across Westminster by leading the design, coordination and implementation of transformative commissioning approaches across Housing contracts. You will co‑design commissioning models that put vibrant communities first.

Qualifications

  • Established professional with expert knowledge of legislation relevant to social housing, procurement and local governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of housing management, compliance and resident engagement.
  • Background in commissioning, procurement or contract management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large‑scale or complex projects or programmes.
  • Extensive project and programme management skills, with ability to plan, prioritise and deliver cross‑functional workstreams at pace.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; confident using data, insight and evidence to shape decision making.
  • Strong communication, facilitating and influencing skills, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, residents and technical specialists.
