Responsibilities
- Provide public health project and programme management support and coordination.
- Contribute to programme and strategy development, resource planning, communications and reporting.
- Work closely and collaboratively with council teams, third sector organisations and NHS partners, and play a key role in driving the department's business plan.
Essential Requirements
- Public Health background, a project management qualification or an equivalent level of relevant experience.
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, project development, coordinating complex projects and using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, resilience and a commitment to making a difference to residents' health and wellbeing.
- Flair for communication with all kinds of people, both in person and in writing, to help move projects forward and solve challenges creatively across multiple activities.
