Role Overview: As a Partner Analyst, you'll play a vital role in our growing Partner Management team by helping us demonstrate the value of CitySwift to our customers. You'll work alongside Partner Managers, Partner Directors and our customers to track performance, analyse impact, and tell compelling ROI stories with data. You will work directly with the team to support renewals, upsell conversations, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring in-depth knowledge of our product allows for advanced analysis to demonstrate customer ROI.
- Support Partner Managers/Directors by preparing and assisting delivery of customer-facing performance reports, presentations and ROI insights.
- Analyse product usage and service performance to surface customer impact stories.
- Work directly in the product to understand and identify customer use cases and examples.
- Communicate with users to support specific use cases and add explainability and insights to outputs.
- Monitor key success metrics across customer accounts (e.g., reliability, efficiency).
- Maintain up-to-date internal data on customer performance using tools like Google Sheets and Hubspot.
- Collaborate with product, tech and data analytics teams to align on impact tracking and product feedback.
- Assist in preparing materials for renewals, QBRs and executive business reviews.
- Contribute ideas for improving internal processes and ways of working.
Qualifications, skills & experience:
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and explain it clearly to others.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards or BI tools.
- Organised and detail‐oriented, able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with others, both in person and in writing.
- Curious and proactive about learning, with a desire to grow in a SaaS environment.
- Some experience working in a business, customer-facing, operations or data‐focused role.
- Exposure to the public transport, mobility, or SaaS industry is a bonus, but not required.
