We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a growing team, working across three exciting brands and playing a key role in creating engaging and memorable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and lead the overarching annual marketing and brand strategy in line with agreed timescales and budgets.
- Work closely with departments and stakeholders across different sites to create compelling marketing collateral which drives conversions in terms of short & long-term rentals.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated journeys, and personalised content, ensuring all are delivered in a timely manner and using best practice.
- Management of the marketing team.
- Management of external agencies and freelancers includes the development of creative and digital briefs (and reporting on activity against planned retainers).
- Build relationships with relevant partners and events organisers in the city.
- Management of budgets ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of marketing spend.
- Review and manage sponsorship and speaker opportunities for relevance and brand value.
- Management and implementation of brand plans across three hospitality brands.
- Development of high-quality brand assets and collateral (including photography and video) and overall brand guardianship.
- Understanding of the dynamics of hospitality/F&B/high-end property would be highly desirable.
- Outstanding organisation skills and a proven understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Experience in managing a multi-faceted budget.
- A broad digital-first understanding of marketing.
- A great eye for detail and good copywriting & proof-reading skills.
- Experience in managing digital marketing projects and driving digital innovations.
- A flexible, outgoing and team-spirited approach.
