CitySuites is seeking enthusiastic Room Checker within our Housekeeping department with a passion for not only delivering the highest standards of cleanliness but also deliver the highest level of customer service. As a Room Checker, your role is to ensure company standards and expectations are met by checking rooms and delivering excellent guest service at all times. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate and have the highest standard of cleanliness and highest level of customer service. Training will be provided to develop our team members. Key roles for the Housekeeping Room Checker Allocating duties to the housekeeping team. Checking the standards of the rooms the Housekeeping Assistants have cleaned. Overseeing deliveries. Ensuring housekeeping standards are upheld to a high standard. Liaise with other departments to check availability of rooms or to make sure guests requests are met quickly.
