Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Aparthotel Guest service coordinator to join our team. This role combines receptionist duties with a variety of operational responsibilities from within Citystay Living, offering a dynamic work environment where you will be the face of our aparthotel, assisting guests, and supporting the day-to-day running of the property. The role also involves lone working, so the ability to manage tasks independently is key.

This is a Salary role – £27,000 per annum. Salary review/increase upon passing of probation period.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred

  • Customer-Centred: Passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a positive guest experience.

  • Reliability & Trustworthiness: Dependable when working independently and ensuring the safety and security of the property.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. This role is a full time position working 5 days per week including weekends. 11-30am to 8pm daily.

Who are we?

– We are part of the Citystay Group. We have over 120 apartments in the Cambridge area as well as the Regent Aparthotel. We have some exciting projects in the works and are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our group.

  • Cambridge, CB2 1AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
