What will I be doing?

You will lead the design and delivery of CitySprint’s recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You’ll provide strategic guidance and support to attract and select the best talent.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Talent in designing and implementing the resourcing strategy.
  • Help hiring managers define job requirements and role profiles.
  • Determine selection and assessment criteria with clear timelines and plans.
  • Source candidates via multiple channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for senior and specialist roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and analysis.
  • Support succession planning and retention strategies.
  • Identify high-potential internal talent.
  • Monitor and report on talent pipelines.
  • Assist in designing and implementing annual talent reviews.
  • Support workforce planning by advising on talent availability.
  • Keep the CitySprint careers website updated.
  • Collaborate on training for hiring managers.
  • Own and update resourcing processes and documentation.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
  • Partner with marketing on external vacancy advertising.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and support succession planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on workforce planning.

  • Manage candidate records using ATS.
  • Assess candidate suitability for specialist roles.

Qualifications:

  • BPS Level A/B or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Conditional job offers are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
