As an Operations Controller you will manage all day to day courier resources to maximise efficiencies across the network adhering to customer SLA’s and Health and Safety Parameters. Support the Service Centre Manager to create a KPI driven environment based on service and revenue.
A successful Operations Controller manages the day to day resources within the Service Centre, supporting the Service Centre Manger/ Operations Manager to positively contribute to the overall success of the Service Centre. Delivering and manging efficient and timely delivery and collections of all designated resources. Manage all stakeholder relationships to ensure CitySprint retains a positive commercial reputation.
The main responsibilities within the Operations Controller role are:

Direct communications, relating to designated courier workload, courteously and efficiently at all times

Monitoring of jobs through to POD and completion with priority on platinum customers.

Implementing and maintaining Service Level Agreements (both customer and service centre specific).

Proactively keeping clients and fellow employees informed of any delays or issues.

Ensure your fleet size is sufficient to service your clients particularly during peak periods – maintain levels and recruit when required.

Proactively supports the onboarding of all couriers ensuring compliance with business regulations creating a professional image from all courier resources
