What will I be doing? Your role will be to maximise performance and deliver against budget for the business. You will take ownership of all associated processes, KPIs, and deliverables within the SME day-to-day function. Ensure that the highest standards are adhered to and demonstrate a true customer-centric focus by delivering overall retention and growth targets across your respective team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver against your team's target for new business, retention, portfolio development, and appointments set for TMs.
- Ensure your team is appropriately resourced while meeting agreed KPIs and revenue targets.
- Support colleagues and ensure adherence to workflow processes.
- Produce analytics for the Account Director and demonstrate adherence to all KPIs.
- Secure new business to help support the team achieve targets.
- Manage and review the quality of outbound engagement through regular monitoring.
- Verify that all outbound customer engagement standards are met.
