What will I be doing?
This is a field-based role focused on supporting the strategic growth of our SME business by identifying and winning new logo business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and deliver strategic sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term relationships.
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Support tender planning and responses; daily travel within your territory required.
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to operations and Customer Relationship Managers.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to onboard new business.
