  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Free access to mental health support, including 1:1 therapy
  • Healthcare and wellbeing benefits
  • Extra family-friendly days for key life moments, plus death in service cover

The role:

This role sits at the heart of our Service Centre. As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep things moving day to day coordinating couriers, supporting the control team, and making sure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

Why CitySprint:

What we do matters — from everyday deliveries to time-critical ones — and this role helps make sure it happens. You’ll see the impact of your work and know you’re playing a part in keeping things running when it counts.

Who we are:

CitySprint is a UK-wide logistics business delivering same-day and time-critical services for customers who need things done right, first time. We work at pace, rely on good judgement, and trust our people to take ownership. We’re also part of DPD and the wider Geopost group, which gives us the backing, scale and stability of a leading international delivery network — while CitySprint remains very much its own business, with a distinct focus and pace. It’s a busy, fast-moving role where priorities can change quickly, and you’ll be trusted to stay organised, communicate clearly, and solve problems as they arise.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs
  • Supporting drivers and resolving day-to-day queries
  • Working closely with colleagues across operations and control
  • Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X-Despatch)
  • Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment
  • Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks
  • Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in logistics or courier operations is helpful, but not essential — we’re more interested in the right attitude and approach.

All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check.
