The role:
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Operations Supervisor to help run our day-to-day service centre operation. You’ll manage resources, support your team, and make sure deliveries run smoothly and on time in line with customer SLAs.

What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day operations within the service centre
- Support and lead a team of Controllers/Coordinators
- Allocate and manage courier resources to meet demand
- Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Handle and resolve customer, courier, and internal queries
- Communicate effectively with teams across the business
- Support team development through coaching and regular check-ins
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
