What will I be doing?
This is an office-based role focusing on driving growth in the SME market. You will manage a portfolio and be targeted to deliver new business, retention, and growth while supporting regional Business Development Executives through generating face-to-face appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing Inside Sales customers through regular outbound call activity.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer portfolio.
- Manage new business and growth opportunities through the CitySprint opportunity sales cycle.
- Achieve all KPIs including generating appointments for Business Development Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Work closely with local operational teams and internal stakeholders to support customer queries.
Key skills required:
- Proven success in telesales or inside sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and engage customers.
- Skilled in cross-selling and upselling.
- Experience transitioning accounts from non-trading to active status.
- Ability to build multi-contact strategies and retain client relationships.
- Effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Proactive approach to process improvement.
- Previous experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
