This is where YOU come in! CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner. As a HR Business Partner, you will be a senior HR professional responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with functional leaders to implement the People Strategy through tailored functional people plans. This role is pivotal in driving organisational performance, fostering an inclusive culture, and enabling the growth and development of our people.

Main responsibilities within the HR Business Partner role:

  • Build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR guidance.
  • Translate the overarching People Strategy into functional people plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on all aspects of people management.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and other functional teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Analyse and interpret people data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Support the design and delivery of learning and development interventions.
  • Drive key people processes such as performance management and engagement activities.
  • Champion colleague engagement, ensuring action plans are developed based on survey feedback.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and present people metrics.
  • Ability to translate HR strategy into actionable plans.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
