Location: Hybrid & 4 days in office.
Salary: £31,290 - £42,684 (Dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

What will I be doing?
Your role will be to maximise performance and deliver against budget for the business. To take ownership of all associated processes, KPIs and deliverables within the SME day to day function. Ensure that the highest standards are adhered to and in line with the company core values, demonstrating a true customer centric focus by delivering the overall retention and growth targets across your respective team.
Role & Responsibilities within the Inside Sales Manager role:
- You will be focused and responsible for delivering against your team's target for new business, retention, portfolio development and appointments set for TMs.
- You will ensure that your team is appropriately resourced while meeting agreed KPIs and revenue targets, and will act as a support function for your colleagues.
- You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to workflow processes, ensuring that all activity is logged within Salesforce.
- You will be required to produce analytics for the Account Director and demonstrate adherence to all KPIs. You will also be responsible for securing new business to help support the team achieve targets.
- Manage and review the quality of outbound engagement through regular monitoring ensuring CitySprint brand integrity.
- Verify that all outbound customer engagement standards, maintaining accurate records of activity & communication; across all systems are met.
