Fixed term contract for 12 months

Salary: up to £45,000

Hours: 37.5 hours

We need to secure a top-notch HR Project Manager to ensure we continue growing and improving every day.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic People initiatives and change programmes that support the success of the People Strategy. You will work collaboratively across all areas of the HR function including Talent, Reward, Engagement, and HR Operations to ensure projects are scoped, planned, and executed effectively.

Main responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of planning and delivering a wide range of HR projects from inception through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans that outline all activities, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Lead the implementation of HR systems, including gathering requirements and overseeing training and post-launch support.
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Manage risks and issues, maintaining accurate logs and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership using data and insights.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the colleague lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in implementing HR technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end projects.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and analysing reports.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
