Location: National, regional travel required between 11 to 14 DPD depots

Salary: £41,000 - £50,000 plus Car Allowance: £4,500

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

The role:

We’re looking for an Operations Support Manager Out of Home to support the delivery of the DPD Out of Home programme across a defined region. This role is focused on ensuring the performance, compliance, and ongoing success of our Key Suppliers delivering Out of Home routes. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with DPD regional teams and internal stakeholders, you’ll monitor route performance, carry out audits, and provide insights that support cost efficiency and service excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the day‑to‑day performance of Key Suppliers within your region
  • Building strong relationships with DPD depot and regional teams
  • Carrying out regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with operational and H&S standards
  • Monitoring route performance (e.g. utilisation, mileage, service levels)
  • Supporting onboarding of new suppliers and route rollouts
  • Providing insights to support cost control, invoicing accuracy, and margin protection
  • Identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining accurate operational data across systems including CityTrak, Salesforce, and DPD platforms
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the network
  • Acting as a CitySprint ambassador with suppliers and partners

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience within logistics, parcel delivery, or a similar operational environment
  • Experience managing supplier, courier, or third‑party performance
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to analyse operational data and identify trends or issues
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience working with operational systems and reporting tools
  • A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
  • Confidence working cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders
