Salary: £29,400
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join our team in Redhill.
As a Credit Controller, your role is to support the Credit Control Team Leader to ensure customer cash collections within your designated account portfolio are efficiently maintained and accurately processed in line with agreed terms and business KPI’s to ensure the senior team delivers business cash collection targets.
As a successful Credit Controller, you will positively contribute to the success of the Credit Control team within your specific business remit. You will be responsible for resolving problems related to invoice payments and proactively escalating and reporting outstanding issues or highlighting potential debtor problems. You will have autonomy through a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
Skills needed for a Credit Controller role:
- Good understanding of credit control processes in a high volume environment.
- Clear knowledge of Accounting practices, specifically Credit Control.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers to reach mutually agreeable outcomes – whilst always putting CitySprint’s brand first.
- Proactively reviews and monitors ways of working to ensure best practice and streamline processes to maximize efficiency.
- Demonstrates a desire to learn and develop.
- Experience of managing Credit Control within a dedicated customer portfolio.
- Competent organizer with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Empathy with customers and colleagues.
