What will I be doing?
This is a field-based role focused on supporting the strategic growth of our SME business by identifying and winning new logo business opportunities and working closely with operational colleagues to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and deliver strategic sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term relationships.
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals aligned with company goals.
- Support tender planning and responses; daily travel within your territory required.
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to operations and Customer Relationship Managers.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to onboard new business and deliver outstanding service.
