Established in 1989, we have successfully managed over 2000 commercial office relocations and projects, predominantly covering London and the South-East. We offer consultancy advice to our clients in the early stages of either planning an office move or considering a refurbishment project. We provide workplace audits, staff studies, feasibility reports and building appraisals to ensure that any building project is planned to meet the occupational needs of all developing businesses.
We take pride in having longstanding office staff and trade contractors who provide continuity of supply, consistency in quality and great depth of knowledge for fitting out of all types of commercial premises from period to ultra-modern buildings. We have consistently retained client business through having a ‘family business’ approach to staff, suppliers, and client relationships.
