Marketing Freelance Role – Cityspace Management Ltd
Salary £250 -£400 per day (negotiable depending on experience)

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and independently driven freelance marketing specialist (with a sense of humour), who is well-educated, most likely with five or more years’ proven experience of working on successful marketing projects within the office fit-out industry.
The marketing role will be based upon the completion of a set of weekly and monthly marketing initiatives (central to our marketing plan) within a minimum of 1 working day a week. By mutual agreement, additional days may be required for one off marketing initiatives such as campaigns.
Scheduling the annual marketing programmes to enhance and grow the company’s brand will be key, as will communicating our brand values on sustainability and minimising environmental impact.
Ability to communicate sometimes complex subject matters in a way that all readers will understand is important to us.
Significant experience in an internal communications environment for a large multidisciplinary organisation, and the ability to develop and sustain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, would be helpful.
Demonstrable understanding of communications channels including print, media and e-communications is also key as is ensuring marketing materials are consistent with the Cityspace house style/protocols.

We offer consultancy advice to our clients in the early stages of either planning an office move or in considering a refurbishment project. What qualifications and experience are required for the role?
Your qualifications will include:
·qualifications in marketing, you will most likely be educated to degree level or above
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
·proficiency in written and spoken English language
·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mail Chimp
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Your working experience will demonstrate a.

What does the role involve?
The role requires.
·Reviewing and updating our current marketing plans (identifying new objectives where appropriate)
·Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define new audiences
·Ensuring our website is accessible to all on a PC and Smart phone
·Maintaining the Cityspace website, social media pages and tracking data analytics
·Creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation without AI, ensuring relevance to business leaders and consultants
·Managing client approvals for photography.
·Supporting our telemarketing team with creative marketing case studies for specialist campaigns
·Managing social media campaigns via LinkedIn and Instagram
·Monitoring performance and outcomes of marketing campaigns
·Contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
·Keeping our narrative relevant to the readers, providing commentary on newsworthy topics, industry challenges and our take to the office of the future.
·Creating relevant and compelling editorials to maximise client engagement.
·Production of monthly mail shots
·Sequential marketing campaigns using HubSpot
