Technical Service Manager Technical Service Manager needed on a permanent basis in Islington, Central London close to Camden Town, Westminster, Hackney, Paddington, Chelsea and Whitechapel. Duties * Identify commercial and contractual risks associated with MEP challenges and changes. * Timely production of the Testing & Commissioning programme noting in particular any challenging interfaces between systems including AV, Lighting Control, BMS, Security, CCTV and the like. * Monitor all MEP issues and any non-conformances raised by the site management team. * Ensure Company Procedures, 14001 Environmental, 9001 Quality and Statutory H&S Regulations are enforced. * QS/commercial interaction. * Identify commercial and contractual risks associated with MEP challenges and changes. The successful Technical Service Manager will have the following; * Experience working on prestige hotels, commercial interiors and luxury & super prime residential projects. * HNC in Engineering is highly desirable. * Proven Experience in a Technical Service Manager role. * Electrical qualifications.
