About the opportunity: * Support the Technical Management team by conducting technical appraisals and providing abnormal cost assessments for potential development land within specified timelines. * Ensure, when requested, that the site is adequately serviced and suitable for construction. * Liaise with statutory authorities, providing necessary documentation and drawings related to contracts and sites. * Prepare detailed design programs and manage the production of information to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives. * Assist in managing Technical and Services budgets.
