About the opportunity: We are seeking an individual to perform the following: * Ensure the project adheres to the schedule and complies with health and safety regulations. * Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance. * Manage and motivate the site team and subcontractors. * Monitor the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets the project specifications and standards. * Coordinate site activities, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. * Conduct weekly progress and health and safety meetings. * Maintain detailed records.
