Project Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer Up to £55k DOE plus company package Location: Swansea About the Company: Our client is an award-winning residential developer who pride themselves on their excellent sites across the country. About the Role: Our client is currently looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor. Your duties will include but not limited too: * Prepare draft budgets and site start budgets for each project assigned to the Quantity Surveyor. * Generate quarterly valuations and conduct material “cost to complete” assessments for each site under the Quantity Surveyor’s responsibility. * Process sub-contract payments and final accounts, ensuring they are signed off by the sub-contractor. * Create sub-contract orders, ensuring they are authorized by the designated representative and include all necessary documentation to comply with Group Commercial Policy. * Manage cost control and monitor changes effectively. About the benefits / rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £55k DOE. Requirements: Degree preferred Performed a similar role within the residential construction industry Current CSCS card or equivalent Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates ability to meet deadlines IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems
