Project Manager – Specialist Fit-Out Contractor Essex/London £70,000 – £75,000 About the Company: I'm currently working with an established specialist fit-out contractor based in Billericay. My client has been in business for over thirty years and specialises in creating bespoke, high-spec luxury commercial fit-outs across a variety of sectors, including commercial, retail, high-end residential, and workspaces. About the Role: This role would suit a Project Manager with experience working on high-spec interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will split your time between my client’s head office in Billericay and the project site in Central London near Kensington Palace. The project itself is a bespoke, high-spec, high-end residential fit-out located next to one of the capital’s most iconic entertainment venues. In this role, you will oversee the project from pre-construction to completion. You will also be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project while ensuring the highest levels of health and safety. Additionally, you will liaise with site teams, report regularly to the client, and ensure the utmost quality on-site. Rewards & Benefits: This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of £70,000 – £75,000. * Travel allowance * Pension Requirements: * 5+ years of experience overseeing specialist interior projects valued between £1m – £5m. * Commercially aware. * Proficient in Microsoft programs. * SMSTS certification. * Ability to produce CVR reports. * Ability to commute to London & Billericay
