A well-established, respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based near Victoria, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The company works in a variety of sectors and offers multi-disciplinary services. Key sectors include Commercial fit-out, Residential, and Hotels.
The successful Project Manager will be joining an organization that offers a full, Director-led construction consultancy service and prides itself on exceeding expectations and continually winning repeat business.
About the role:
The successful Project Manager will work closely with the project team throughout the delivery of major high-profile projects. The role would ideally suit a Project Manager with a proven track record in a similar role, preferably with consultancy experience. The successful Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
About the requirements:
- The successful Project Manager needs to have 3 years post-graduation experience in Construction Management.
- Exceptional client-facing skills are a prerequisite.
- A desire to become chartered, ideally through RICS; this company offers full support in this area.
About the salary:
Salary is negotiable, depending on the individual’s experience, but up to £60,000. Other benefits include generous pension contributions, 25 days annual leave (plus 3 at Christmas), RICS support available, unrivalled career progression, subscription paid for, flexible working arrangements, private medical insurance, and an employee assistance programme.
