Designer – Office Design & Build London £40,000 – £55,000 About the Company: I'm working with an exciting office design and build contractor based in the heart of London. This fantastic business has seen significant growth in recent years and is now looking for a talented designer to work alongside their Head of Design in creating some of the best workplaces in 2025. About the Role: As a Designer, you will collaborate with the Head of Design to create high-spec workplaces for international blue-chip companies. Based in central London, you will also have the flexibility to work from home two days a week. In this role, you'll design innovative commercial interiors that balance functionality and aesthetics. You'll develop detailed design packages, collaborate with contractors and suppliers, and lead client presentations with confidence. Site visits and project meetings will ensure smooth execution, while sourcing materials and finishes will bring your vision to life. Working with a dynamic team, you'll push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional projects on time. Rewards & Benefits: * £40,000 – £55,000 * Travel allowance * Hybrid working (two days from home) * Quarterly team social events Requirements: * Proven experience in commercial interior design, ideally within a Design & Build or fit-out environment. * A versatile designer with strong conceptual and technical skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit experience as a plus. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client meetings. * A creative problem solver who excels in fast-paced settings. * Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven approach
