About the Role As Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your remit will span strategic planning, tendering, procurement, contract management, and commercial team leadership. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the commercial function to drive profitable growth and ensure alignment with company goals
- Overseeing contract negotiations, risk management, and compliance
- Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
