We're working with a well-established, forward-thinking office design & build firm based in Central London that is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to support their bids and proposals function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative eye and strong attention to detail to play a key role in winning high-profile projects.
The Role:
As a Junior Bid Coordinator / Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the senior bid team to create visually engaging, brand-aligned proposal documents and marketing collateral. Your designs will directly influence client perception and help win work in a highly competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of compelling, on-brand bid documents and presentations
- Collaborate with bid managers to understand project goals and tailor content accordingly
- Ensure consistency in design, layout, and tone across all submissions
