Our client is a growing SME residential developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality homes across Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of their residential developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to join a business where quality is prioritised over volume and where there is genuine opportunity for progression.
The Role:
- Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of residential developments.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to ensure programmes are achieved.
- Monitor health and safety standards across site.
- Carry out quality inspections and snagging.
- Support the management of site logistics and materials.
- Ensure homes are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
About You:
- Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager within residential construction.
- Housebuilding or residential developer experience preferred.
- Timber frame construction experience would be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications desirable.
