We are currently working with one of London’s leading prestige fit-out contractors, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile Central London role, covering projects across Islington, Camden Town, Westminster, Hackney, Paddington, Chelsea and Whitechapel.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering exceptional-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across the luxury residential, prestige hotel and high-end commercial interiors sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide full MEP Technical Services support from pre-tender stage through construction, testing, commissioning, demonstrations, handover and practical completion
- Take complete ownership of the MEP packages, reporting into the Project / Contracts Manager who holds overall project responsibility
- Support the PM/CM in managing and coordinating the construction programme, with a particular focus on all MEP elements
- Produce and manage regular progress updates, reporting and programme droplines
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with company procedures, including:
- ISO 14001 (Environmental)
- ISO 9001 (Quality)
- Statutory Health & Safety regulations
About You
- Proven experience in a Senior Technical Services Manager / Technical Services Manager role
- A strong background delivering prestige hotels, high-end commercial interiors, luxury and super-prime residential projects
- HNC in Engineering (highly desirable)
- Electrical qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP services and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
