Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. The company's team of experienced engineers and construction professionals are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

About the Opportunity

We have been asked to find a specialist concrete frame Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £10 million up to £20 million each. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks and concrete frame construction for both Residential & Commercial projects. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
