A specialist UK contractor delivering reinforced concrete (RC) frame and groundworks packages across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The company provides a full-service offering from enabling works and deep excavation through to the delivery of complex RC superstructures, including basements, drainage, piling attendance, and structural frames. Experienced in working on challenging urban sites, the business is trusted for its focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery. It works closely with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to successfully deliver technically demanding projects.

Due to a healthy order book and continued company growth, there is a requirement for an Assistant Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m to £15m. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the management of project costs with the aim of maximising profit margins, ensuring timely payment, and contributing to the development of strong, long-term client relationships.
