This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator looking to take ownership of projects within a quality-focused business, working closely with the Technical Director and wider project teams to help drive developments from acquisition through to completion. Assisting with the technical design process from land acquisition through to project completion. Reviewing technical drawings, details and specifications to ensure quality and compliance. Managing planning conditions, statutory approvals and utility applications. Supporting value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and build quality. Working closely with commercial, construction and sales teams to support successful project delivery. Monitoring consultant performance, design programmes and project milestones across multiple developments. Proven experience in a Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Coordinator role. Good knowledge of planning, building regulations and statutory approval processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
