ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to successful tendering, our client is looking for experienced Project & Site Managers to oversee carpentry and fire door packages ranging from £1m to £3m for both Student accommodation and residential projects in Manchester & Leeds town centres.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must come from a carpentry background with knowledge in Fire doors and have a proven background in project management and package delivery. There are openings for both Project & Site Managers in Manchester and Leeds.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or Gold Supervisor Card
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage budgets, financial resources, and cost control measures
