We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working on a range of exciting residential developments.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the technical design and coordination of residential construction projects
- Manage the flow of technical information between internal teams, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure all technical information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
- Resolve technical and design-related issues to ensure buildability and compliance
- Support the planning and pre-construction process by coordinating drawings, specifications, and approvals
- Liaise closely with design consultants to ensure adherence to planning and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and construction processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction as a Technical Coordinator
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and planning procedures
- Proven experience coordinating technical design for multi-unit residential projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in relevant design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Viewpoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- HNC/HND or Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred
- Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
