As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our residential developments, from land appraisal through to construction and handover. You will play a vital role in shaping the financial success of each project.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates for new and existing residential developments
- Conduct feasibility assessments and cost planning for land acquisitions
- Collaborate with design, planning, and construction teams to develop accurate budgets
- Identify cost risks and provide value engineering solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, labour, and market trends
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and a basic salary in the region of up to £90k DOE. In addition to the basic salary, there will be further company benefits.
