As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our residential developments, from land appraisal through to construction and handover. You will play a vital role in shaping the financial success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for new and existing residential developments
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and cost planning for land acquisitions
  • Collaborate with design, planning, and construction teams to develop accurate budgets
  • Identify cost risks and provide value engineering solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, labour, and market trends
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
