What You'll Do · Develop new business across Ireland's construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors. · Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultancies and project management organisations. · Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to successful placement. · Source, interview and assess technical, professional and management-level candidates. · Provide salary benchmarking, market intelligence and hiring advice. · Build and maintain talent pipelines across key market sectors. · Manage CRM records, recruitment workflows and client communication. · Drive revenue growth through account development and client acquisition. What You'll Bring · Minimum 5 years' agency recruitment experience managing the full 360 recruitment process. · Proven track record in business development and fee generation. · Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. · Experience managing recruitment processes from brief to placement. · Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. · Experience using recruitment CRM systems and sourcing tools. · Self-motivated, commercially driven and target focused. Desirable · Construction, engineering, infrastructure or property recruitment experience. · Knowledge of the Irish construction market. · Existing industry network across Ireland. · Experience placing technical and professional personnel.
