Senior Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame and Groundworks London £80,000 - £100,000 + Package / Benefits (LTD or PAYE) About the Company Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specializing in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has grown to become a major player in the construction industry, with a turnover of over £80 million per annum. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. The company's team of experienced engineers and construction professionals are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. About the Role Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £20m. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships. About the requirements * This role is best suited to an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor however, candidates that are at Intermediate level looking to enhance their careers are also being considered for the Senior position. * Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor. * Degree educated within Quantity Surveying. * 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor. About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £80,000 to £100,000 per annum.
