You’ll be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects on carpentry and joinery projects. Working in tandem with joinery workshop manager & directors to ensure the in-house capability is there to produce items from tenders. Adhere and engage with the Quality Management system and other company procedures as appropriate. REQUIREMENTS About the requirements: Experience in joinery either from a trade background or in your current Quantity Surveying or Estimating position. Must have technical knowledge of joinery components, finishes and manufacturing techniques. Have the ability to identify why client designed joinery will not work as drawn. Valuations / Variations Sub-Contractor Management Client facing Contractually aware History and track record with settling final accounts. Happy to work as a valuable part of a small office team.
