ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £50m.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs to maximize project profit margins and ensure payment delivery while developing future client relationships. You will be involved from tender stage through to project completion, covering a diverse range of works.

REQUIREMENTS

Salary range of £80,000 to £100,000 per annum.

• This role is best suited to an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor; however, candidates at an Intermediate level seeking career growth are also considered for the Senior position.
• Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
• Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
